Business Analyst - Prepaid Billing Specialist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Organizes and prepares business documentation in support of implementation of new business processes/procedures
- Facilitates workshops for the as-is/to-be gap analysis
- Drive and challenge the business owners
- Work with vendor to identify the gap for the to-be solution
- Challenge all existing business processes to simplify and ensure industry standards
- Contributes to and/or delivers products that drive client satisfaction
- Applies Client Delivery Framework Methodology
- Develops strong interpersonal skills with team members and peers
- Develops & documents manual workarounds with business owners
- Communicate with Supervisor on a daily basis status on assigned tasks
- Provides operational support to projects as needed
- Supports business development and proposal efforts by gathering general proposal content
- Supports own Performance Management Process (goals, reviews, engagement reviews, career development)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required
- Typically 5-6 years of consulting and/or relevant work experience
- Or Master Degree with 0-3 years of work experience
- 10-15 years of BA experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Working knowledge of at least one business field or industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent skills using the MS Suite of products, including MS Word, EXCEL, Power Point, MS Projec
