Responsibilities:-Monitor, interpret and report our high level business KPIs
-Maintain our current reporting, increase self-service and automation while we move from a local to a global self-service setup
-Support other analysts and the stakeholders with A/B testing, ad-hoc data retrieval and analysis
Profile:
-You have 2+ years of experience in reporting and analysis
-You have good skills in SQL, Tableau and Excel
-Ideally you have a good grasp of statistics - especially around A/B testing
-Ability to convert complex business questions into concrete requirements, relevant metrics and actionable insights to give clear recommendations
-You are able to slice big projects into smaller pieces and effectively communicate with a diverse set of people to achieve the right outcomes as quickly as possible
-You have a pragmatic approach and know when a topic requires 100% certainty and when 20% is sufficient
-You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
