Requirements
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Act as central contact point on site for the all project matter;
Focus on the customer delivery and service satisfaction
Overall in charge of all design activities of the project;
Manage project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard;
Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion is according to the agreed schedule.
Report the project progress to all involved parties periodically and on time.
Co-ordinate project progress review meetings on system design & delivery, project schedule, resources and quality assurance;
Act as program manager and handling several projects in parallel
Provide necessary training or experience sharing
Keep communication with Global account and share the customer voice to every OB
Need to communicate with the local account customer, influence and improve the customer perception
Involve in the manage service for the BSS after build up.
Qualifications
10 + years of professional experience working as a Project Manager and with e-commerce
Accenture background, tier 1 consulting company experience
Experience with Hybris, ATG,etc.
Willing to cooperate in multicultural, international environment with short deadlines & in dynamic team
Able to accept ad hoc arrangements
Fluent English (business & technical)
