- Consulting customers professionally regarding Reservation and booking issues in english
- Assisting private customers in using the online booking System and advising them over phone
- Increasing customer satisfaction through friendliness and professionality
- Collaboration with other Departements to improve Service quality
Your profile
- Working experience in customer Service or call Center
- Customer and Service orientation
- Proof handling with MS Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Strong communication skills in English language
