- Start Date: ASAP, ideally immediately or within 2–4 weeks

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced BMS Package Manager / BMS Project Manager for a large-scale data center construction project in Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring effective coordination between subcontractors, technicians, and other construction disciplines.
This is a hands-on, site-based management position. We are looking for someone who can oversee the entire BMS package rather than a traditional Electrical Site Manager or a purely technical BMS programmer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the BMS package throughout the construction phase.
- Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and other trades on site.
- Oversee the installation and integration of building management and control systems.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and organizational issues.
- Ensure alignment with project schedules and commissioning requirements.
- Liaise with project management, commissioning teams, and other technical disciplines.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in BMS, building automation, or control systems (MSR / Controls).
- Previous experience in data center construction projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in package management and coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and system integration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a site-based construction environment.
- Good command of English; German is not required.
