Description:The aim of this project is to improve the existing BluePrism platform and prepare it for the merger with the platform of another subsidiary of the Group, thus creating convergence between the two.
Current project status:
Last year, a new solution for planning BluePrism processes was created in a previous project.
This solution is currently operational and forms the basis for this project.
There are currently two BluePrism platforms in the Group.
Convergence is to be achieved for these, which requires the use of the existing solution.
Specific project goals:
The project is complete when convergence is established between the platforms.
This means that all the previously developed convergence criteria have been fulfilled and the merger is technically possible.
Specifications:
- Adaptation of the existing platform for full convergence with the second platform (esp. Blue Prism Version)
- Development of the necessary artifacts for the one Blue Prism Scheduling solution for the ability to run with the other platform (esp. Blue Prism API, frontend with Power Platform)
- Organization and execution of the necessary appointments to gather the requirements for the system migration
- Implementation of Blue Prism upgrades and migration of the platform
- Update of Blue Prism Runtime Resources
- Documentation of the system landscape
