Are you passionate about bioinformatics, data analysis, and making a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry?
We are seeking a talented Bioinformatician to join a leading Pahrmaceutical company. As a Bioinformatician, you will primarily work in the broader field of bioinformatics, data analysis, and data science, playing a crucial role in advancing research and development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comparative analysis of different experimental approaches.
- Streamline analysis pipelines using Nextflow, ensuring efficiency and reproducibility.
- Pull or upload data to a Genedata instance, facilitating seamless data management and accessibility.
About you:
- Strong proficiency in bioinformatics tools, data analysis techniques, and statistical methods.
- Experience with Nextflow or similar workflow management systems.
- Experience with Genedata or similar data management platforms is a plus.
The Bioinformatician role is on a remote basis with the contract running till the end of the year, which can then be extended.
Paying up to £400 per day, outside IR35.
