Big Data Developer/Consultant/Engineer (Integration expert)
- €800 per day (dependant on experience) with no expenses.
- 6 months Rolling contract (2 year project)
- Germany

A global consultancy client of mine are currently looking to hire 2 Big Data Developers/Consultants/Engineers for a huge 2-year project with one of their end clients. The 2 Big Data Developers/Consultants/Engineers will be based in Germany - (Bavarian Region). Rate for these roles - up to 800 euros per day.

You will be sitting within theCRM team and working alongside the Big Data team to get a solid understanding of how their technology and systems interlink. You will be an expert with Data Integration (Pentaho/Informatica) and also have an understanding of Big Data (Hadoop).

  • Experience working in the Hadoop ecosystem and related projects (ideally Spark) if no experience with Hadoop then a solid understanding of Linux, Unix, SQL, Oracle, Python, Java will work
  • Experience with Object Oriented programming languages (Scala, Java, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, Exasol, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Experience with Datamodelling in an analytical context
  • Experience with Data Warehousing
  • In-depth experience Data Integration (Pentaho, Informatica)
  • Good communication in English (both written and verbal)
