Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Bid Proposal Manager (m/w)

Beschreibung:
This position will work closely with, and support, the customer’s team in presenting total capability to the clients in the form of formal response documents, customer presentations and contract negotiations.
• The Bid Manager has overall responsibility for all assigned opportunities. The Bid Manager is the sparring partner for the sales team in response and/or proposal documents. The Bid Manager will obtain the required commitment from the customer and, where appropriate, from 3rd parties in order to assemble the bid team, produce a winning proposal/offering and obtain the required level of management approval to release the proposal/offering to the customer. In case of a successful bid the bid manager is responsible for a proper handover to the organization: i.e. all commitments from the tender response need to be implemented.
• The role will be "hands-on" in producing and creating proposal documents and customer presentations.
• Develop an attractive solution which meets customer requirements and which is both viable to the customer.
• Produce a carefully conceived bid, professional in its presentation and delivered on time, which incorporates submission documents to include our solution to the customer’s request, technical and product specifications, investment - and pricing overview as well as any contractual obligations.
• Provide in depth insight in the specifics bids and tenders procedures and paperwork especially with regards to legislation on public procurement procedures from the European Union and local legislation.
• Produce and take ownership of bid planning covering:
-the assignment of responsibilities for each aspect of the bid;
-the planning, scheduling and monitoring of essential work;
-obtaining support from colleagues and departments who have special responsibilities and/or expertise;
-advice on proposal, product and pricing strategy to the account team;
-invoking independent solution reviews where appropriate;
-Obtain required bid sign-off from senior management by presenting:
• background of the bid; • competitive information • win themes; • financial structure of the solution; •contractual issues; • gap analysis action plan; taking ownership of all documentation and correspondence relating to the customer or the bid. • If required support the account manager in pre and post bid contact with (potential) customers for example concerning customer presentations, contract negotiations, win loss analysis and aligning reference information. • Ensure lessons learned from prior solutions and win loss analysis are shared within the team, virtual bid teams and the sales management team. Support the improvement and implementation of bid processes • Identifies Best Practice and ideas for continuous Improvement • Supports the implementation of Best Practices within the team

Professional Experience:
-3-5 Years Experience in Sales or Sales Support Functions, as Program Manager (Commercial) Bid Manager, Proposal Manager with Experience in working with national and/or international public and/or corporate customers in the context of IT Products and/ or Services.
-Bid Management: experience with opportunity qualification Skills
-Communication: Interact with Management and Teams across hierarchical layers and functional boundaries Interaction with Sales Teams at all levels
-Project Management Skills, experience with managing a virtual teams and project teams
-strong planning and organizational skills
-strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to gather, coordinate and interpret data from various sources.
-demonstrates a high level of commitment to achieve optimum results
-strategic thinking with Attention to Detail
-Reliable
-Resistant to Stress, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritize issues to ensure business standards and processes are achieved
-strong ethos and personal passion for outstanding team performance and solution to the customer
-excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
-excellent command of the English Language Education (professional training and education is considered relevant experience)
-Graduate degree in Business Management or Legal Degree Dimensions of responsibility
-Assuring Compliance with Policies and Processes
-Proactive Communication with Management and Senior Management
-Timely completion of high quality proposals
-Coordination and Prioritization with Sales Management
-Coordination and Prioritization with Subject Matter Experts and Support Functions
