My client is a market leading Hygiene & Healthcare products company with sales in 150+ countries. Within BI the goals are to manage Master Data, Meta Data and Content and use Analytics, Big Data and Social data to drive sales and product reach and improve operational efficiencies. Our mandate is to engage a BI Manager to drive functional capability and adopt best practices to deliver operational excellence in a heterogeneous BI landscape that includes SAP BI and Microsoft BI solutions.Your tasks will include: - ownership, drive performance and operational excellence of the BI team - Plan and develop change initiatives aligned with the Digital Strategy, IT Strategy, business service and architecture roadmaps - Drive these changes to expand or improve functional capabilities, the quality and value delivery of the BI team - Interact with business partners, solution architects and project managers in providing supply of functional capabilities - Actively seek out new ways of working.

Erforderlich:
â?¢ University degree in management information systems, business administration, computer science, mathematics, statistics or related disciplineâ?¢ More than five years of leadership experience in Business Intelligence, or related disciplineâ?¢ Knowledge and experience in developing and driving organizational change, including team development, governance and process to improve quality and value deliveryâ?¢ As a Functional Leader communicating with Product Owners, Architects, Analysts, Developersâ?¢ Broad knowledge of the Business Intelligence disciplines and market trendsâ?¢ Strong communication skills â?¢ Strong commercial understandingâ?¢ Preferable to have hands-on experience in a variety of BI related rolesâ?¢ Preferable to have knowledge of SAP BI â?¢ Fluent English - wriiten and oral
