Task:- Support in deployment ITSMv7 Change & Configuration modules
Project management activities:
- Lead workshops (including minutes writing)
- Global coordination with Paris Teams (project management)
- Prepare project status report (with support of customer's teams)
Building activities:
- Filled out injection files (indeed files are used to inject data in ITSM environments)
- Follow on the injection files phase
- Prepare acceptance / tests phase
- Assist customer's project team during acceptance / tests phase
Change management activities:
- Prepare training document
- Provide training (with support of customer's project team) to users
- Provide post go live support (support period to be defined)
Requirements (Must have):
Ability to assist on the deployment of change and config modules
