Tätigkeit:Für einen unserer Kunden aus der Luftfahrtbranche im Rhein-Main-Gebiet suchen wir einen Testmanager (w/m) für den Zeitraum , Leistung zu 60% Vollzeit. Ziel des Projektes ist die Umstellung der bestehenden Papier- und virtuellen Ticketing - Dokumente auf das Industrie Standard Dokument EMD zur Erfüllung der IATA Vorgabe sowie die Einführung der Industrie Standard Lösungen für Optional Service Fees (Ancillary Services). Die Projektsprache ist sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Die folgenden Projektdetails bzw. geforderten Kenntnisse sind jeweils zwingend erforderlich! TASKS/ROLLS: Prepare and implementation of overall test concept including necessary processes, Prepare and implementation of overall test management and defect management processes, Prepare the set up of the central test management, Prepare and implement the test report structure, Prepare the consolidated test approach and planning for different test phases, Implement and execute the overall test progress monitoring and reporting during different test phases, Implement and execute the overall defect monitoring and reporting during different test phases, Coordinate testing activities between the different teams involved for end-to-end tests, business process tests, regression tests, etc. COMPETENCIES: University degree of business or information management, Experience in Project Management and Test Management, Experience in Test process (i.e. Reporting, defect Management) implementation, Experience in Test Team set-up, Experience in Test tools and methods (i.e. Mercury), Analytical, conceptual and creative thinking, Structured method of work, Moderator Skills for problem solving processes, Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), Fluent in English (written and spoken). Optional: Functional Know How of TKT/eTKT processes for airlines. EXPERIENCE SKILLS: > 6 years, Excellent knowledge of Test Management processes, Knowledge of IT Integration Projects esp. in the test area, Leadership Skills, Excellent communication and conflict solving skills.
