Tätigkeit:
For one of our customers we are looking for a Technical Solution Architect (f/m) for technical design solutions to enable deployments of Avaya IPT technology throughout Germany and Europe Coordinate and support engineering support for various projects. Tasks: act as a Single Point of Contact for assigned projects to ensure all infrastructures is deployed according to the standards, support and create project specific design documentation according to the gathered business requirements, support filling project specific configuration templates to ensure all information is available before performing installation tasks, provide and explain engineered deployment guidelines to the project technicians and ensure they adhere to it, gather feedback from projects in terms of engineered standards and documentation and work together with the engineering team to improve the solutions, communicate and stay in touch with the various deployment teams and provide engineering and technical support where required. Required Skill: Avaya CM Technology, Avaya Enterprise Architecture, Project Management experience, Communication and Documentation, ITIL Process, fluency in German and English. Objectives: Create and publish solution designs, verify latest ACM DGL and finalise lab testing document, provide change documentation to add these to the standards, create a multi location/country DGL appendix, and design future test strategy for adjacent systems attached to Avaya hubs.
