We are currently recruiting for a Back Office Engineer to join their business in Germany.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance
- Integration support
- Dispatch fault repair tasks
- Update trouble reports
- Alarm handling of BSC and BTS
- Run tests against impacted resources to identify problems
- Create change requests
- Acceptance reporting and handover

Qualifications
- E-plus experience is a must
- Strong understanding of 2G/3G system
- Strong integration experience
- Fluent English, German is a big plus
