Azure Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Deploy and configure the clients Data Platform in the Swiss Region of the Azure Cloud
- Implement DevOps development processes, including version control strategies and application configuration
- Ensure adherence to security policies during deployment
- Establish continuous integration practices for code quality and build strategy
- Define and execute a release strategy for the clients Data Platform
- Set up deployment patterns to ensure smooth and reliable releases
- Monitor the performance of the deployed infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve any platform issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to discuss technical aspects
- Actively participate in all team events and ceremonies within an agile setup
Main qualifications
- Infrastructural experience and on Infrastructure as Code - Terraform scripting
- Experience on Azure implementations, specifically on designing, deploying and managing cloud environments, and integration with external tools such as Git, Active Directory, PowerBI, Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), etc.
- Experience on cloud-based DWH implementations with Synapse
- Profound English and German knowledge
- Customer and service-oriented behavior, resilient and reliable with good communication skills
