For a long-term project in the financial services sector, we are looking for a hands-on Azure Platform Engineer with proven experience building and operating Azure-native, event-driven platforms. The focus is on implementation, automation, and platform operations rather than pure architecture.
Project:
Start: ASAP
Capacity: Full-time
Initial Duration: long term project until end of 2027 (extension expected)
Remote and on-site Share: Remote (approx. 2 on-site days per quarter in Frankfurt am Main)
Project languages: English (Fluent) German (Fluent)

- Build and operate Azure platform services
- Implement Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, Azure Storage, and Azure Data Factory
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Automate solutions and integrations using Python
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab CI/CD)
- Support platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments
- Collaborate within Agile teams (Scrum / SAFe)
