Azure Data Engineer

Azure Data Engineer - 9+ month contract - 1st May Start - Remote delivery

My client based in Munich area are looking for an Azure Data Engineer to begin a role on 1st May. This would be a 9 – 12 month contract with almost completely remote delivery (1 on-site visit every 4 – 8 weeks).

You will be helping the client with data ingestion and setting up cloud infrastructure in the Azure data lake. You will also support the transfer of on-prem SS packages into pipelines with PySpark or SQL.

Requirements:

• Fluent English essential, German and/or French nice-to-have
• Essential technical skills: Azure, SQL, Databricks, PySpark,
• Nice-to-have technical skills: DBT , GitHub, Azure DevOps, PowerBI
