Client Location - Leiden, The Netherlands
Initial contract Length - 12 months with possibility of a permanent position after this period.

Project focus
My client is looking for an experienced Associate QC Director to join their team in Leiden. Within this position, you will be responsible for leading the QC team, providing them with both strategy and direction. You will need to be hands on to give guidance on different processes and compliance (CAPAs, change controls etc) and support and carry out risk assessments along with some regulatory tasks.
Key skills and Experience required
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience with different analytical techniques (Flow Cytometry, PCR, ELISAs)
- Hands on experience building lean and complaint processes from scratch.
- Strong understanding of regulations for ATMPS (EU,US etc)
- 8+ years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector and Quality Control.
- Fluent English
