For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an ASPIRE Deputy Implementation Lead Calibration (m/f/d) .
Background:
ASPIRE is one of the largest global projects for the standardized conversion to SAP S/4 HANA. In the role of Deputy Implementation Lead Calibration, you support the deployment of the calibration master data in Basel/Kaiseraugst. You are part of a diverse project team in a matrix structure
The perfect candidate The perfect candidate is a team player with strong communication skills and has the ability to think in a networked manner. We are also looking for a person who enjoys independent, structured and careful work.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
* Preparation and migration of the calibration master data for Basel/KAU
- Coordination of preparation, cleaning of master data for data import
- Jointly responsible for the migration of calibration master data
- In preparation for the migration from Basel/KAU, the calibration master data from 10 different organizations and data sources must be prepared and cleaned
- Support in developing training concepts for employees on a uniform calibration system in SAP S4Hana
- Contact person and independent processing of technical inquiries from the Global Product Team, the data migration team and stakeholders
- Development of mapping rules
- Role of deputy BDO (Business Data Owner) and deputy implementation lead for calibration data objects
Must Haves:
* Completed technical (EMSR) training, technician or technical college degree
- At least 3 years of experience in managing calibration master data
- Expert with high level of expertise in calibration with CCMS (Calibration computerized management system, SAP is an advantage)
- At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance of chemical/pharmaceutical industrial plants or infrastructure facilities is an advantage
- Experience working with matrix environments
- Very good analytical skills
- Experienced use of spreadsheet applications
- Good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of SAP EAM
