Dear AppOps Engineers,
For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced AppOps / Platform Engineer (m/f/x) to support the rollout of a new AI Software Development Lifecycle. This freelance project offers the opportunity to assess and improve an existing AppOps setup and help establish scalable standards, automation and prevention practices across multiple product teams.
Your Tasks
›› Assess existing AppOps setups and identify gaps, recurring issues and improvement potential
›› Define common standards for infrastructure, deployments, pipelines, environments and releases
›› Build reusable Infrastructure as Code, deployment and pipeline templates
›› Implement Policy as Code, automated guardrails and prevention practices
›› Standardize logging, metrics, dashboards and alerting across teams
›› Work closely with internal AppOps engineers and ensure knowledge transfer
Your Profile
›› Strong experience in AppOps, Platform Engineering, DevOps or similar roles
›› Very good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD
›› Experience building reusable platform and deployment templates
›› Experience with automated guardrails and Policy as Code
›› Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability
›› Experience assessing and improving operational processes
›› Fluent English
