For one of our clients we are looking for an Application Support
Task Description:
Incident management and coordination: analysis and triage, solving or passing to other work teams (database management team, HW management team, application development team) and enforcing timely resolution, according defined SLA.
Housekeeping and monitoring.
Preventive maintenance: daily review of logs, application status, etc
User support: user account administration, resolution of requests by talking with other work teams (functional questions, doubts)
Desired skills:
Service requests: queries, data cleansing.
BMD Remedy and other applications in the Network area

Language Abilities:
Fluent German speaker with fluent intermediate English (B1 or B2, according European reference framework)
Duration: 6 Monate+
