For our client based in Berlin we are looking for a Testing Analyst / PMO (m/f/d) starting in February.#KEY DATA
Start: February 2024
End: December 2024
Location: Berlin (60%) / 40% (remote)
Language: English (German, French or Dutch is a plus)
Contract: Freelancing
#TASKS
Test analyst :
* Build a clear understanding of business needs and expectations from asset managers towards the tool
* Understand the underlying data sources (Cognos, SAP) and get extracts to e.g. Excel
* In alignment with the testing responsible
1. Analyze business requirements
2. Design test cases, scenarios and scripts that cover the expected functionalities and behavior.
3. Execute test scenarios during testing phase
4. Report results & log any defects, vulnerabilities, improvement opportunities or issues that arise.
PMO
* Support the project manager and BA lead in the day-to day follow-up of project activities
1. Organize and Keep project documentation up to date on teams folder (JiRA board, risk & issues logs, meeting slide decks & minutes…)
* Support the Project manager and BA lead in the organization and scheduling of the project governance meetings
1. Before the meeting: discuss agenda and follow-up on the different contributors, ensure the right attendees are present
2. During the meeting: Keep track of decisions taken, action items & raised questions, risks & issues.
3. After the meeting: Draft meeting minutes for approval by Project manager
#SKILLS
* Basic Python knowledge to execute test cases
* Effective communication, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for details are key attributes
* Structured way of working and good project management skills and PMO abilities
* Energy management know-how is an advantage,
* Confident handling of MS-Office and MS-Project including excellent communication skills. (MS-Powerpoint)
* proven track record in software testing and PMO role
