Company:
Innovative semiconductor company developing next-generation low-power wireless connectivity solutions. The team is currently preparing a 22FDX-based RF transceiver for tape-out and requires additional layout support during the final implementation phase.
Project Scope:
Support the Analog/RF IC Design team on the physical implementation of a 2GHz wireless transceiver ASIC in GlobalFoundries 22FDX technology. The focus is on analog and mixed-signal layout activities leading up to tape-out in Q4 2026, so strong RF experience is not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Full-custom analog and mixed-signal IC layout in GlobalFoundries 22FDX (FDSOI)
- Layout integration and optimisation of analog circuit blocks
- DRC, LVS and physical verification using Calibre sign-off flows
- Collaboration with RF, Analog Design and Layout teams to support successful tape-out
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Analog IC Layout Engineer
- Experience with GlobalFoundries 22FDX / FDSOI technology is a strong +
- Strong Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre knowledge
- Available within next 2 weeks
- Fluent English communication skills
