Essential Skills and Experience
- Practical, hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud IAM and Resource Access Management (RAM).
- Experience creating and managing cloud users, roles, policies and permissions.
- Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege and access-control principles.
- Experience supporting identity federation, SSO and MFA.
- Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience troubleshooting authentication and authorisation issues.
- Familiarity with cloud security, audit logging and credential management.
- Scripting experience using Python, Bash or similar languages.
- Understanding of REST APIs and cloud automation.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale or hyperscale cloud environments.
- Strong incident management, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud ECS, OSS, ACK and related cloud services.
- Experience managing IAM across multiple cloud accounts and environments.
- Familiarity with Terraform, ROS or other infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Experience with enterprise identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or other SAML/OIDC-compatible platforms.
- Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) and identity governance.
- Experience with cloud security monitoring and SIEM platforms.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
- Relevant Alibaba Cloud technical certifications.
