Alcatel Voice Engineer (L3/L4)
One of Europe's market leading global clients are urgently looking for an Alcatel Vocie Engineer to work in a multinational team in a progressive environment using cutting-edge technologies for a 1-2 years' contract in Frankfurt.
The ideal Alcatel Vocie Engineer will have the following skills/experience:
Assist on a daily basis the VoIP solution manager with troubleshooting tickets and system maintenance/administration tasks within the VoIP area (IP PBX and related applications).
* Conduct VoIP Implementation by using this unique and special knowledge of ALCATEL-LUCENT's OMNIPCX Solution to ensure successful design, development and support of the OMNIPCX and other Enterprise communications applications.
* Provide technical leadership in technical solution/installation/design
* Execute standard interoperability test as well as functional testing on a regular basis to ensure system operation
* Install, configure and maintain an OmniPCX Enterprise in a standalone or network configuration
* Capture the business requirements and architecting a solution with cutting edge technology trends,
* Actively engage with business in understanding the evolving needs and deliver innovative solutions which longer life cycle
* Work on problems of moderate to wide scope and moderate to high complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
