AI Trainer
This project creates the conditions for the scalable and sustainable use of AI within business IT. The goals are increased productivity, more efficient processes, reduced manual tasks, faster realization of automation potential, and the responsible and economical use of AI technologies
Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience in the design and delivery of AI training and enablement measures.
• Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork and Claude Code , especially in building AI agents and automations .
• Experience in the development and prototypical implementation of AI solutions and agent-based workflows.
• Understanding of AI governance, data protection, information security , and cost and license control in the enterprise environment .
• Ability to communicate technical content in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner and to empower employees of different experience levels.
• Independent, structured and results-oriented work style with a focus on measurable competence development and concrete added value.
Expected results:
• Conducting practical training courses and workshops with direct application relevance.
• Development of demonstrable skills for the independent identification and prototypical implementation of selected AI use cases.
• Provision of reusable training materials and best practices.
• Concrete recommendations for improving AI governance, AI cost control, and AI adoption.
The aim of the deployment is to sustainably build internal AI expertise, accelerate practical AI adoption, and enable the department to unlock AI potential safely, economically, and independently.
