AI based FPGA Software Development Engineer (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Contribute in innovative artificial intelligence (AI) development with an emphasis on embedded systems
- Implement and optimize AI based algorithms on FPGAs to process high-throughput sensor data in autonomous vehicles
- Identification and understanding of the customer's challenges and requirements
- Integration and evaluation of solutions in simulation and prototype vehicles
- Contribution to events and business activities of the client on the above areas
Main qualifications
- Solid experience with well-known deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow and Keras
- Experience in high-level programming languages such as Python, Lua, C++ and Java
- Solid background in computer vision and machine learning
- Familiarity with automotive systems
- Ideally experience in collaborative research with European public institutions or companies
- Competence in computer-aided / experimental research as well as analysis, reporting and discussion of results and conclusions
- Good English language skills
