Responsibilities
- Lead adoption and change management initiatives for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot deployments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive user adoption and change strategies.
- Design and deliver communication campaigns, training programs, workshops, and enablement sessions for different user groups.
- Drive Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption across business functions and promote sustainable, value-oriented usage.
- Identify relevant business use cases and translate them into practical adoption and enablement measures.
- Coordinate and align activities with IT, Information Security, HR, Legal, the Works Council, and business stakeholders.
- Advise stakeholders on organizational change, user readiness, communication, and training requirements.
- Design and support Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
- Establish and support governance and lifecycle management processes for Copilot agents.
- Monitor adoption metrics, usage data, user feedback, and change readiness.
- Derive recommendations and continuously optimize communication, training, and adoption measures.
- Maintain and further develop M365-based knowledge, learning, and communication platforms.
- Provide governance guidance, end-user support, and best practices for the secure and compliant use of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-based solutions.
- Create reusable documentation, guidelines, learning materials, and adoption assets.
Required Experience and Skills
- Several years of professional experience in adoption and change management, ideally within complex or international organizations.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 adoption and transformation projects.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions.
- Experience developing adoption strategies, stakeholder communication, training concepts, and workshop formats.
- Strong understanding of organizational change, user enablement, and sustainable behavioral change.
- Experience working with interdisciplinary stakeholders, including IT, Security, HR, Legal, Works Councils, and business departments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder.
- Experience with the design, governance, deployment, or lifecycle management of Copilot agents.
- Familiarity with adoption analytics, usage reporting, feedback mechanisms, and success metrics.
- Understanding of governance, information security, data protection, and compliance requirements related to Microsoft 365 and generative AI.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
- Fluent English; German language skills are highly desirable.
