Task:- support for the data center with different types of technologies or network environments
- Installation and configuration of PCs, network environments, voice and/or peripherals on request
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability (monitoring, back-up, decommissioning procedures, downtime coordination, disaster recovery support, etc.)
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all infrastructure related subjects
- Account, access and/or asset management support activities
Requirements (Must have):
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- English spoken and written
- Experience and knowledge in Active Directory, LDAP
- Experience in Amazon Webservices
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server 2012
- CSV Experience
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Virtual machine administration Experiences
