For our client we are looking for an Enterprise Architect (f/m/d).

Project:

The client has approved a federated Enterprise Architecture Target Operating Model. The consultant will turn it into working practice: implementation roadmap, architecture governance with Group and Local Architecture Review Boards, roles and decision rights, integration into portfolio, delivery and lifecycle processes, a minimum set of architecture artefacts, KPIs, an architecture community and knowledge transfer to internal staff.

Skills (must-have):

Language:

Fluent English is required.

French, Dutch or German are a plus.

- At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture

- Architecture governance in federated, multi-entity or similarly complex organisations

- Facilitation of Architecture Review Board sessions and preparation of decision-ready packs with traceability

- Implementation of delegated decision rights, Architecture Decision Records, waivers, compliance reviews and architecture service models

- Translation of an architecture operating model or strategy into an implementation roadmap and working practices, also in ambiguous situations

- Facilitation and stakeholder management with senior management, architects, business, product, engineering, infrastructure and delivery teams

- Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate and Domain-Driven Design

Skills (should-have):

- Design and delivery of IT solutions in an agile environment

- Experience in the energy and utilities sector, ideally with transmission system operators
