Aufgaben:BPML spreadsheet filled for all functional areas:
a) High level business processes
b) High level Fit/Gap: Most important requirements per process
c) Applications currently used within the processes
Phase "Result Consolidation":
a) Consolidated BPML for all functional areas representing a unified Client global perspective.
b) Heat map(s) or Bubble Diagrams to summarize workshop result in presentation.
c) Deviation logic to derive possible options
Phase "Option Elaboration & Recommendation":
a) Contribution to the Two options to deliver G-SAP including (Pros and Cons, High Level Architecture Design, Transition Approach, Applications in Scope and Deployment Model)
b) Contribution to the Recommendation for one option of G-SAP implementation with rationale
Kenntnisse des S/4 HANA Experten (m/w/d) Sales:
• Standard-Software - ERP: Seniorkenntnisse
• Integrationsarchitektur und -Tools: Fortgeschrittene K.
• SAP S/4 HANA Sales: Seniorkenntnisse
• Englisch: fließend und verhandlungssicher (sehr wichtig!)
