We are currently looking for 1st Level Support for IT Desk in the location near to Köln.Title: Freelance 1st Level Support for IT Desk
Location: Dormagen, (and another 2 locations in the near per demand)
Contract Type: Freelance
Start: end of May- beginning of June
Duration: Until the end of 2024 (might be extended)
Expected Skill Set:
- Previous experience in IT support roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in German and basic English
- Flexibility to work on-site (four days per week) and remotely (one day per week)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Language Skills: German fluency required; basic English proficiency
