Must have:

ABAP
  • ABAP OO (7.54+) - reading, extending and maintaining ABAP services
  • Building Object Oriented solutions covered by ABAP Unit Tests
  • ABAP Gateway / OData - consuming and exposing APIs from on-premise systems
  • Performance tracing and query optimization in ABAP
  • ADT, Eclipse, ABAP Git

General
  • OOP and software development best practices
  • Git experience
  • Fluent English, experience in international/multi-site teams

SAPUI5
  • Fiori Elements - generating and extending annotation-driven UIs (List Report, Object Page, etc.) with minimal custom code
  • OData integration (v2/v4) - consuming and binding SAP backend services via an OData model in UI5 applications
  • Freestyle UI5 development - building custom Fiori apps with full control over layout, controls, and UX
  • UI5 Tooling & VSCode - developing SAPUI5 apps using UI5 tools and VSCode/SAP BAS
  • MVC & Component architecture - reading, extending, and maintaining Fiori apps built on SAPUI5's component model
  • Flexible Programming Model (FPM) - building Fiori apps that combine annotation-driven Fiori Elements building blocks with custom SAPUI5 code
