GERMAN NATIONALS NEEDED• 5 + years of demonstrated experience in administering identity and access management systems including enterprise architecture, platforms, policies and procedures
• Exceptional experience with CA IAM architecture, design, system administration and programming skills.
• Broad knowledge of multiple technical disciplines such as enterprise directories, (Active Directory, LDAP, etc), networking, data center operations, operating systems, web technologies, build/deploy, open source software products.
• Database knowledge, comfortable working with data structures and SQL reporting
• Experience with scripting and process automation
• Ability to work independently to deliver IAM systems, tools and documents
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business users
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, and respond to competing needs within the organization
