Responsibilities included working closely with the client to understand the Automation Requirements, provide Solutions and help them get Implemented.
 Worked as Technical Leader with Aricent Technologies, Bangalore, formerly known as Flextronics Software System (Hughes Software System) from Jan 06 to Jan 09. Lead two of the Field Response Teams for different releases of Real Time Billing System for Comverse USA. Responsibilities included handling high priority site issues with multiple teams to help resolve them timely and efficiently.

 Worked as a System Engineer with Mphasis BFL, Bangalore from Nov 2004 till Dec 2005, Worked on the client site at Tyco Electronics. Responsibilities included database troubleshooting, optimization, DB programming, writing Unix scripts to initiate and regulate data loading process, PL/SQL Programming for a Data Warehouse project.

 Worked as Database Designer and Developer with DACCIT, Indore from May 2000 to August 2004.
