Created an Industry 4.0 SaaS platform for AI-based 3D foot scanning and custom orthotic insole manufacturing (mass customisation). Combined mobile image capture with distributed production, enabling deployment across EMEA and Asia and scaling orthotic personalisation globally.
Developed the concept of digital knowledge hubs (e.g. Handelsblatt’s ada Learning), which evolved into the MyStaff app — an AI-powered governance platform giving staff instant access to policies and regulations. Adopted across the NHS (Europe’s largest healthcare provider, 2nd globally), Nuffield Health(UK’s largest private healthcare charity), already supporting 100,000+ frontline staff in 70 major hospitals daily. The platform eliminated hundreds of thousands of wasted staff hours annually and lifted compliance rates to nearly 100%.
