With over 25 years of experience in large-scale SAP and IT transformation programs, I have evolved from a hands-on SAP Sales & Distribution (OTC) and Logistics consultant into a trusted SAP Project and Program Manager for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
My career is built on deep operational grounding in core SAP delivery work: blueprint workshops, process reengineering, technical design and customizing, data migration, cutover management, and end-user training. This practitioner-level expertise — not just theoretical process knowledge — is what distinguishes my project leadership today: I understand exactly what it takes to move a design from whiteboard to go-live, because I've done it myself, repeatedly, across industries.
Building on this foundation, I now lead SAP and IT transformation programs for organizations ranging from mid-sized companies to global enterprises, spanning multiple industries and operating models — regional as well as multi-country rollouts.
