TRAINING
In-house trainings and workshops on AI agents and AI-assisted software development, from half a day to several weeks, on site or online, in German or English. Always on the team's own codebase and tasks.
• Engineering teams: agentic coding with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and GitHub Copilot. Hand an agent a whole ticket, run several in parallel, connect them to internal tools through MCP (Model Context Protocol), and review what comes back
• Marketing teams: AI agents for content, SEO, research, landing pages and reporting
• Leadership teams: AI strategy, which work to hand to agents, what to build or buy, and a rollout people actually follow
Clients and partners: Deutsche Telekom (via Cegos Integrata), financial.com, Innomotics (Siemens spin-off), NobleProg, Bots & People, and Code First Girls (3-month agentic AI curriculum). Speaker at Nomad Summit 2025.
IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTING
I look at how the work actually gets done and show where AI agents add output: what to hand over, what to build or buy, how to bring people along and how to measure it. AI adoption is mostly a people problem, which is why the psychology degree matters as much as the code.
DEVELOPMENT
AI agents, agent systems and LLM applications from concept to production, built with the same agentic workflows I teach.
• Backend: Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView and OTP for real-time, fault-tolerant systems; Python and FastAPI for AI integrations
• AI: OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, RAG, semantic search, vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector), MCP servers, prompt engineering, evaluation
• Infrastructure and automation: PostgreSQL, Docker, n8n, API integrations
In production: Tymeslot, an open-source scheduling platform with calendar sync and payments, built solo with Claude Code; In A Nutshell, which answers questions about YouTube videos with timestamp citations; and Transvexis, LLM translation that cuts post-editing time by 40–60 %.
