Angular upgrades and migrations: one ng update step at a time across many majors, most recently Angular 11 to 22 in a 1,600-file Nx workspace, with each step's migrations reviewed and CI green while the team kept shipping features.
Modernization: standalone components, built-in control flow, signal inputs and outputs, zoneless change detection, inject() instead of constructor injection, lazy routes and smaller bundles.
State management: classic NgRx, NgRx signal store, signals, migration from BehaviorSubject services.
Type safety: staged strictNullChecks and strictTemplates on codebases that never had them, removing explicit any, ESLint rules.
Testing: Vitest, Jest, migration from Karma to Vitest, Playwright, component and store tests.
CI/CD and quality: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, quality gates and architecture checks (import cycles, explicit any, non-null assertions) whose counts may only go down, code review.
Fixed-scope Angular Health Check: a written report on where a codebase stands, what blocks the next upgrade, and a step-by-step plan with estimates. Author of ng-checkup, an open-source Angular checker (npm, GitHub Action, GitLab integration).
