BPC Arnold GmbH BioPharma Consulting was founded by Dr Stefan Arnold in April 2014 to provide individual support in CMC development and project management for bio-pharmaceutical industry as well as BioProcess platform companies. Special expertise is biosimilar development.

Dr. Stefan Arnold is an executive with over 25+ years of leadership experience in biopharmaceutical development, bioprocessing and diagnostics. He combines scientific depth with entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary operational expertise, having built, run and optimized development organizations, led platform technology rollouts and executed regulatory and commercial transfers. Recent roles include Vice President Technical Development at CureVac SE, where he led CMC development (up to 240 staff) and implemented production platforms for personalized mRNA cancer vaccines, and Managing Director of BPC Arnold BioPharma Consulting, advising international clients on portfolio strategy, CMC process strategy, platform technologies and business development. Selected Achievements · RNAPrinter® platform: Led development and implementation of a standardized, fully automated production platform for personalized mRNA cancer vaccines used in Phase I/II studies. · Technology transfer: Executed transfer of commercial mRNA DS/DP processes and licensing collaboration with a leading vaccine company (GSK). · Market authorisations: Managed CMC development and documentation for multiple EMA‑approved biopharmaceuticals (EPORATIO, RATIOGRASTIM, LONQUEX, OVALEAP). · Company building: Co‑founded BioGeneriX AG and established GMP, development and quality infrastructures enabling rapid product development. · Consulting impact: Advised international clients on platform design, comparability exercises, due dilligence and market strategy across Europe and Asia.

Dr Arnold is author of numerous scientific publications and holds 7 patents in the biopharmaceutical field. He is member of the advisory boards of the University of Applied Sciences Mannheim and Hochschule für Technik Wirtschaft Berlin. Dr Arnold received his PhD in Physiological Chemistry from the Theodor-Boveri-Institute, Würzburg in 1994.
