Accompanied SaaS Platform for Energy Communities from 300 customers to 7k, planning scalability for way beyond 10k. Coordinated offshore-developer and Jira, Sprints, etc. Moved projects from JS to TS. Took design decisions for frontend and backend, laying emphasis on LEAN, DRY, KISS, etc. Took over implementation of critical features. (Vue 3, Typescript, NodeJS, MEVN-stack, DevOps, software architecture and roadmap planning).

out kickstarting their in-house software development by forming a soft-
ware team and establishing streamlined workflows (Android Native,
