Projekthistorie
- Led the Agile team responsible for a white-label Open Banking platform for a global bank. Managed end-to-end cycle: from development and testing to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Company’s success led to ~4x growth of monthly volume processed by the platform. I focused the team’s effort to ensure that the system kept up: analyzing and eliminating bottlenecks, solving stability issues, and improving monitoring.
- As usual, prioritized people, firmly believing that this is the foundation of a motivated and effective team. Aligned tasks and responsibilities with individual development goals and the company's needs. When it comes to making hard decisions in the company's best interest, I ensured the process was conducted respectfully and had minimal impact on team morale.

- Led a ~15-person team responsible for all non-project improvements and maintenance of the Open Banking platform. Organized the workflows to ensure product quality, performance and security met the high expectations of the fintech industry.
- Managed team dynamics, mediated conflicts, and delegated responsibilities to foster personal growth and effective teamwork. Despite the company going through a complex transformation phase - which predictably resulted in low morale - I successfully built an atmosphere of trust and openness, promoting diverse opinions and accepting mistakes as part of the learning process. This approach ensured high team productivity, employee retention and product quality.
- Implemented a department-wide framework for incident management and root cause analysis. This led to a significant decrease in recurring incidents, enhancing the overall productivity of the development teams by reducing context-switching and time spent on incident resolution.
