Über mich
I turn ideas into clear, production-ready applications. I combine 15 years of enterprise UX with AI product strategy, multi-agent orchestration, and technical implementation to create secure, commercially viable solutions for real users.

Complex products rarely fail because teams lack ideas.
They become difficult when complexity grows faster than clarity.
Too many workflows. Too many stakeholders. Legacy systems. Technical constraints. Regulatory requirements. And now AI adds another layer.
That's where I can help.
For more than 15 years, I've been designing digital products for complex and data-intensive environments, from mobility and banking to industrial software.
Today, I combine that Enterprise UX experience with hands-on AI product development. I don't just design products. I also build and launch them.
→ COMPLEX PRODUCT UX
Your platform/product has grown over the years. Workflows have become difficult to understand. New features add more complexity instead of solving it.
I help turn complex processes, domain logic and requirements into products people can actually use.
→ AI PRODUCTS & FEATURES
You know AI could create value, but turning technical capabilities into a useful product is another challenge.
I help shape AI-native workflows and translate technical capabilities into product experiences people can understand and trust.
→ FROM IDEA TO WORKING PRODUCT
Sometimes you don't need another concept or presentation. You need something people can actually use and evaluate.
I can take an idea from product thinking and UX through prototyping and, where it makes sense, into a working MVP or production product.
I've worked on complex digital products for companies including Deutsche Bahn, DKB, Porsche, BMW and industrial technology companies.
At Deutsche Bahn, for example, I worked as UX Lead on software used by 30,000+ train staff.
Today, I also build my own products:
Elyvite, an AI research ecosystem for health professionals.
makerOS / Pier, an AI-native environment for structured software development.
GrappleKit, a native mobile app for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes.
Building products myself has fundamentally changed how I design.
A design decision is no longer just a screen. It means logic, states, implementation, testing, security and maintenance.
That perspective helps me bridge a gap that still exists in many teams:
Product ↔ UX ↔ AI ↔ Engineering
I work best with teams building products where complexity is part of the problem and where someone needs to understand the big picture without losing sight of the details.

Projekthistorie
Building the way AI software should be built.
The challenge
AI coding tools are powerful, but without planning and shared context they quickly create technical debt and inconsistent software.
The solution
We built makerOS, an AI-native development environment that combines visual planning, structured project memory and specialized AI agents into a single workflow. I co-created the product, led the UX and product design, and was deeply involved in building the platform itself.
The outcome
Today makerOS is the platform I use to design and build every client project and every product we ship.
Making health research accessible through AI.
The challenge
Health professionals spend countless hours navigating conflicting opinions, fragmented research and thousands of expert videos before they can answer complex questions with confidence.
The solution
I founded and built Elyvite, a Health Intelligence Workspace that brings together expert knowledge, current scientific studies and web sources. Instead of generating a single answer, the platform makes consensus and disagreement visible and provides traceable sources for individual claims. I designed the product from the ground up and built the AI workflows for Consensus and Deep Research, the multi-model orchestration, the research and knowledge architecture, the automated content pipelines and the SaaS infrastructure including authentication and billing, with AI transparency and EU AI Act requirements built in.
The outcome
Elyvite is a live commercial SaaS platform available to health professionals internationally in six languages, with subscription billing and the complete product running in production.

From idea to a live product in three months.
The challenge
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes have access to tens of thousands of training videos, but no structured way to find the right technique, track their progress or connect training with a coach.
The solution
I designed, built and launched GrappleKit as a native iOS app and took responsibility for the entire product: concept, UX/UI, iOS development, Supabase backend, AI-powered search and content pipeline, App Store setup and production operations. AI agents process the transcripts of 40,000+ videos from 44 curated channels into structured, searchable content.
The outcome
A live app with video library, training journal, technique tracking, channel discovery and a coach dashboard for academies. Building the product end to end changed how I approach product decisions: every additional option in the interface also means logic, states, tests and maintenance.
