I work as a Technical Project Manager, focusing on the implementation and evolution of the Faktor‑10 core insurance systems F‑IOS, F‑IPM and F‑IPS. My role combines end‑to‑end coordination of technical activities, alignment of cross‑functional teams, and the introduction of standardized development, testing and release processes. I help modernize system landscapes, reduce technical debt and ensure that technical decisions, roadmaps and dependencies are transparent and manageable for all stakeholders.
