The Senior SAP PLM Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating SAP PLM–related initiatives at Kärcher, ensuring the successful delivery of complex PLM, ERP, and engineering integration projects across business and IT. The role focuses on project governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery control, and risk management within a regulated, global manufacturing environment.
Project & Program Management
Lead end-to-end SAP PLM projects (e.g. SAP PLM, S/4HANA integration, engineering change management, document management, variant configuration).
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies in line with Kärcher governance standards.
Ensure structured delivery using established methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate, PMI/IPMA, hybrid agile).
Stakeholder & Governance Management
