CAD & Mechanical Design

FEA & CFD Simulation
Proficiency in FEA and CFD simulation tools such as Abaqus (Simulia), SW Simulation (Cosmos), CATIA V5, ANSYS, and COMSOL. Application of structural, thermal, and fluidic modelling to support product development and testing.
Injection Moulding & Materials Engineering
Hands-on experience with injection moulding design using Mould Flow, reducing part size and mould cost, solving warpage and cracking issues, and material testing and selection of engineering plastics and gaskets.
Product Development & Testing
Experience in full product development cycles including prototyping, 3D printing, adhesive and material selection, IP and EMC design and testing, and gasket sealing solutions.
High Voltage & Electronics
Practical experience dealing with high voltage and current electronics in industrial product environments.
