Projekthistorie
Lead the global change management and communications agenda for Customer Services Lab Solutions, supporting organizational transformation, strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across regions. Design and execute integrated change and communication strategies across leadership channels, town halls, newsletters, SharePoint, Teams and VivaEngage. Strengthen organizational change capability through reusable methods, governance, training and tools including the Change Compass, Global Change Adoption Framework, CM4Leaders and CM4Communicators.
Led communications and change management for a global Customer Services transformation, aligning program delivery with stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness and adoption.
