Supported Delivery Hero's global S/4 implementation by creating Salesforce - S/4 interfaces. Integrated S/4 with BRIM, other systems, and implemented eInvoice for EU and Nordic regions. Sales Order Integration with external restaurant portal and configuring the pricing in SAP to match the restaurant order.

Created a global S/4HANA template for Danfoss, aligning regional business requirements and SAP best practices. Led O2C module design and implementation, including configuration of sales, pricing, ATP, billing, EDI, and eInvoicing. Developed project sales processes such as RRB, deliveries, intercompany labor postings, warranties, service contracts, returns, and repairs. Implemented Bill of Service (Germany), managed service van inventory, and supported SP EWM outbound flow implementations. Implement the integration of voice picking in the repair workshop for faulty goods receiving and spare parts picking. Design and implement the SAP CRM Service Processes including in house repair and field service.
