Claudio Röttger is a senior SAP S/4HANA transformation advisor with more than 15 years of experience, specializing in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and large-scale transitions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
His background includes international advisory assignments with firms such as Ernst & Young, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and Roland Berger.
He advises leading European companies on S/4HANA transformation programs, with a focus on transformation strategy, target operating models, migration roadmaps, finance and logistics harmonization, and future enterprise IT architectures across ERP, CRM, HCM, as well as SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks, SAP BW4/HANA, SAP SAC and SAP AI.
Claudio has extensive experience across SAP transformation and implementation methodologies, including RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP, advising clients on complex S/4HANA on-premise migrations, standardized SAP Cloud ERP implementations, and the strategic use of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
He has delivered transformation programs across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, China, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
