Senior SAP Program Manager with nearly 20 years of experience delivering S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, global SAP rollouts, and complex programme delivery for top-tier automotive and manufacturing organisations.
Most recently as Central Factory Lead IT at Vaillant Group — sole integration point between six technical stream leads (RICEFW, Data Migration, Basis/Infrastructure, UX/Fiori, SolMan/CHARM, Authorizations) and the business/CIO level. Responsible for multi-team, multi-vendor enablement of 80–100 people, consolidating all stream outcomes and reporting directly to SteerCo and CIO across EU country rollouts. ASTRA is independent and unbiased: the same four pillars serve CIO / Business Leadership, SI / SAP Practice, and Programme Director / Principal with equal weight.
